Email can be sent anytime and is often monitored outside of normal sales hours. We try to fill any orders placed before 1 PM EST/EDT on the same business day.
Our telephone support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM EST/EDT. Telephone support requires an active High Priority support contract.
